Hello, I’m Alexa, offering Pilates classes and art therapy in Zurich. My journey in bodywork began with yoga, which I taught regularly for six years. Along the way, I discovered Pilates and trained intensively—not just to integrate its powerful exercises into my yoga classes, but because I quickly fell in love with Pilates itself. I realized how much strength and dynamism it brought to both my clients and me.

Today, my main focus is on Pilates. In my sessions, I blend precision with flow, encouraging harmonic alignment. Through controlled movements and deep-muscle activation, my goal is to help you unlock your full physical potential—with joy in almost every movement.
