Intermedial art therapy – expressing your inner world
Intermedial art therapy is a creative form of therapy that uses design, painting, music, movement, writing, and theater to visualize inner processes, activate resources, and develop new solutions. It opens access to the unconscious, helps understand inner images, and find new perspectives.
The great thing about it is that you don’t need any prior knowledge of a particular art form – the focus is on your personal expression.
Important note: Art therapy sessions take place as part of my final year of training as an intermedial art therapist and are regularly supervised.
